Who is this girl anyway? Medik TV presenter some said. This is so typical Mat Saleh wannabe in Malaysia. And this is not new anyway, but sometime I think Malaysian have to go back to basic and realize the appreciation of being brought up in Easternic culture. So nice and yet awful to see. Even Mahathir launched the moto “Dasar pandang ke timur”. Even me who travelled half way around the world never like this kind of style, especially Muslim ppl to follow.

dahulu, semasa saya kecil, mat salleh di sekolah selalu cakap lukisan saya cantik la, saya pandai la dan semuanya pandai.
memang mereka tidak tahu membuat apa-apa sewaktu berusia sebegitu.
tapi hairan juga, sebab bila mereka sudah membesar dan bekerja, mereka lebih hebat dari melayu.
kesimpulannya, kita melayu pun kadang-kadang bodoh gak. hahaha.

sowwy to say that i adore the sense of independence in Raja Endon Mastura as i knew her since secondary up until now even though she is famous and all about the national TV’s..etc.. yet i bump on her at Jusco kinta City, even after a few years being away from her hometown(ipoh) she knew and still know me, infact she asked me to chat and lepak with her at coffee bean.. to catch up on where we left…despite of her dressing is like that, i am pretty sure that where and what she was doing back there and the pictures taken were meant for close friends only. I don’t think that she want the whole wide world to watch her on the internet.
why do i even say that? well, once upon a time, before she even entered tv3, she was a model, a lawyer(qualified with flying colours), a good student and a debator, also a loving girlfriend whom is always concern about her friends like me, not taking any sides if ur rich or famous. she infact told me, never ever dress sexily infront of our parents, always put a cardigan on if u r with ur parents. tak kisahlah if dia nak kumpul dosa of her own, but dia tahu menghormati orang tua..u know what i mean. for u all readers out there yang tak kenakl kak mas, dia bukan mat salleh wannabe but memang mat salleh because father dia memang kacukan mat salleh pun.. ader darah mengalir kat situ, k. rambut asal dia pun bukannya hitam..:(
people keep talking about agama, dosa n pahala, tapi lebih berdosa kan seseorang itu apabila memfitnah manusia lain kerana dosanya lebih besar dari membunuh. pintu neraka juga akan tertutup bagi kita manusia yang alpa ni jika kita berdosa dengan orang, dosa dengan tuhan kita boleh bertaubat,tapi dosa dengan orang, selagi kita tak minta maaf, selagi tu orang itu ader hak untuk tidak memaafkan. Sekurang-kurangnya, k mas is being truthful to herself, dia berhati ikhlas pada kawan-kawan, cikgu-cikgu, my parents, other orang tua, and she is educated.
Dia tidak menjadi famous macam orang lain yang tidak ader pendidikan, she is smart, pretty, etc. Yang penting kat sini, ialah, saya rasa baik sesiapa yang berniat jahat dan suka bergossip ni, hentikanlah perbuatan ini kerana sememangnya anda tidak layak mengutuk orang lain kerana perbuatan mengutuk orang ni tak ke mana tapi membuka api neraka sendiri. the more anda kutuk dan mengaibkan raja endon mastura lebih banyak pahala yang dia dapat dan lebih dosa yang anda dapat. fikirkanlah..

I am not against her; as I leave in Dubai never seen, her n know nothing about her.
But as Muslim we shd participate in giving good advise and elimination of evil.
It is not my idea, but in Al Quran, Surah At-Tawbah:
“The belivers,men & women,r Auliya(helpers supporters,friends,protectors)of one another; they enjoin(on the people) Al-Ma’ruf(i.e,Islamic Monotheism& all that Islam orders one to do) and forbid them from Al-Munkaar;they offer their prayers perfectly n give the zakat and OBEY ALLAH & His Messenger.Allah will have his Mercy on them. Surely,Allah is All-Mighty,All-Wise.”(V9:71)
And explain in Hadith: Al-Targhib 122/1(about teaching, advising & making them understand the religion and forbid evil.
So, in this case myself n others have to look into this ayat Quran, Verse 33:59
“O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters n the women of the believers to draw their outer garments all over their bodies(exp face n hands).That will be better that they shd be know so as not to be annoyed.And Allah is Ever-Forgiving,Most Merciful.”
In addition, look at this, Al- Quran, Surah AL-Ahzab (The Allied Parties)
“And do not obey the disbelievers & the hypocrites: and disregard their hurt, and put your trust in Allah and Allah suffices as an Ever-Trusted Trustee.”(V33:48)
Just in case you don’t know or you have forgotten where you come from, this Surah Fatir (The Originator) from Quran will explain:
“And Allah created you from dust, thereafter from a sperm-drop; thereafter He made you pairs; and no way can a female conceive or give birth except with His Knowledge; and no way can anyone be given a long age nor anyone diminished in his age, except that it is in a Book. Surely that is easy for Allah”.(35:11)
At the end, it is all up to you to decide. I am not forcing them to wear hijab; neither have I looked at them as unislamic or bad person (just a weak believer).
Nevertheless, I would like to advice you and myself to knowledgeable of the Quran, fear Allah, enjoining good, forbidding evil and tying the relations.

Perbincangan mcm ni bagus…memberi peringatan kepada seluruh rakyat malaysia tentang etika pemakaian yang sepatutnya diamalkan. Mungkin forum2 sebigini boleh melahirkan pemkiran generasi baru tetang perlunya memorandum pengawalan pemakaian di malaysia.
Namun sebegitu, perkaitan dengan manusia yg bergambar di atas mungkin keterlaluan kerana memberikan keaiban kepadanya. Sementalah pula orangya terkenal. Mendatangkan keaiban pun satu dosa. Topless woman at beach sparks ‘cover up’ call

Dubai: A recent incident involving a woman seen topless on a Jumeirah public beach has sparked calls from residents for more information to be made available on the UAE’s cultural environment.
With millions of tourists and thousands of new residents flocking to Dubai every year, greater awareness about and respect for the customs of the UAE is needed, say residents.
An Emirati businesswoman, L.A., 35, recalls being highly offended last year while she was fasting.
“I once saw a tourist during Ramadan crossing Jumeirah Beach Road wearing her bikini and eating an ice cream … It definitely is offensive to see such incidents here because it offends the local culture … I blame the tourists who have no consideration to learn about our culture.
“I also blame the authorities for not being more stringent with rules and regulations. All tourists should be given a booklet with guidelines of things not to do during their visit.”
Violators face six-month imprisonment
According to UAE lawyer Mohammad Al Shaiba, “public indecency” – including excessively revealing clothing and nudity – is prohibited in public spaces under UAE law and carries stiff penalties.
As per Article 358 of the Penal Code, Federal Law No 3 of 1987, amended by Federal Law No 34 of 2005, “anyone who commits any indecent acts in public will be penalised by imprisonment for a period of no less than six months.”

Such incidents may only rise with tourists, who may not be aware of such cultural issues, and those tourists who are used to nudity on beaches elsewhere. Therefore, penalty is not appropriate, but authorities should have people immediately inform them when such incident happens. Also, information on publications, etc will prevent most of such incidents. Sign boards will help as well.

I’ve lived in Dubai for four years and was happy about the culture. I think there should be a dress code for beaches because the authorities should preserve the Arab culture. Tourists should be more aware of the rules and respect the country’s culture.

How can you go to the beach all dressed? If you’re following the appropriate dress code, as deemed necessary, then I would say that the dress code in beaches is bikinis. It doesn’t make sense to me when its said that Dubai is the fastest-growing emerging country, or may be a developed country by now, and attract tourists from all over the world, keep up international standards in all aspects and still be bogged down by such a trivial matter. Come on, wake up. Who wants to go to a beach fully dressed up?

I think that it is kind of sad that there are many people who don’t respect UAE culture. I feel many Emiratis probably cannot go to many of the beaches and feel comfortable taking their sons and daughters where there are many men and women not wearing much of anything. It’s a sad day when a person in his or her own country has to feel uncomfortable going out to places.

As a Muslim living in the USA, I have to respect a lot of the cultural diversity in America. For example, we -Muslims -in the USA are not allowed to say Athan ( prayer call) from mosques to outside…And there are a lot of things we cannot do because of the American Christian and some Jewish habits. I think the UAE is a Muslim country and Muslims are still the majority. So there should be a booklet given to visitors. Do not go to Islamic countries if you do not think you can respect their religion.
